TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Ownership of Content
    All content produced by Swift Media LLC, including but not limited to graphics, videos, written materials, and designs, remains the exclusive property of Swift Media LLC until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, the Client will acquire the rights to the content as outlined in the service agreement.

  2. Charges and Fees
    All services provided by Swift Media LLC are chargeable; nothing is offered for free. The Client agrees to pay all fees as stipulated in the service agreement or invoice, including any applicable deposits.

  3. Deposit Requirement
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% to 50% of the total project cost is required before any work commences. The exact percentage will be specified in the service agreement. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice upon project completion.

  4. Right to Decline Services
    During initial consultations, if it is determined that the project is not a good fit or is not worth our time, Swift Media LLC reserves the right to decline the job. We will communicate this decision clearly and promptly.

  5. Limitations of Liability
    Swift Media LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Swift Media LLC.

  6. Indemnification
    The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Media LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the Client's use of our services or any breach of these terms and conditions.

  7. Modifications
    Swift Media LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through direct communication with the Client.

  8. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  9. Acceptance
    By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
